Our guest this week is Tanya Kolding Stenz , Director of Strategy and Development at the European Sperm Bank, one of the leading sperm banks in the world.

Established in 2004 with a load of entrepreneurial spirit and a strong focus on daily activities, ESB was bought by AXCEL, a private equity firm, in 2019 to facilitate further global growth and now employs 130 people across 8 locations in 4 countries.

Tanya is a self-confessed innovative business developer with a strong mind for efficiency who likes to take a holistic perspective on business. In other words, she's a person who makes sure the whole job gets done, and gets done properly!
